The Patency network

Is your practice on the Patency network?

If your rep or a conference card gave you a code, you are, and that code is your first year of membership free. If not, take the audit anyway. It tells you how many patients you lose a year before they reach their procedure, and what being in the network would change.

Why free? Because a practice that knows its number eventually wants it fixed. That's the software, and the software is the only thing we sell.

Drop-off audit

Ten questions. One number you can carry into your next partner meeting.

Most practices lose 25 to 30 percent of qualified patients between the exam room and the procedure, and nothing clinical causes it. Answer honestly; the number updates as you go.

Across all physicians. A rough number is fine.
Volume
Procedures completed, not scheduled.
Volume
Can someone in your office say, without looking it up, which prescribed patients haven't completed imaging?
Imaging
If a patient hasn't scheduled imaging within 48 hours, do they get a reminder without a staff member remembering to call?
Imaging
Is prior-authorization status kept in one place the physician, your staff, and your rep can all see?
Authorization
When a payer or LCD policy changes, does your office find out before the first denial?
Authorization
Once authorization is approved, is the patient given a procedure date within seven days?
Scheduling
When a patient cancels, do you capture the reason and offer a new date the same day?
Scheduling
After the procedure, do patients get pain-score check-ins without your staff making the calls?
Follow-up
Right now, could you say how many qualified patients are stalled, and at which step?

Membership and the platform

Membership shows you the gap. Patency.ai closes it while you see patients.

Everything in the membership is built inside Patency. The member portal is a read-only window into it. The difference is whether someone on your staff has to act on what it shows, or whether it already happened.

Network membership

$497 a year. Free your first year. Included with every Patency.ai subscription.

  1. Drop-off auditYour patency rate, your patients lost per year, and the steps where they stop.
  2. Coverage checklistsWhat each payer requires before authorization for SI joint fusion, interspinous fusion, and lumbar fusion.
  3. Policy-change digestA monthly summary of LCD and payer changes for the procedures you perform.
  4. Network benchmarkHow your patency rate compares with practices like yours. Coming as the network fills in.

You still find the stalled patient, check the list, read the digest, and make the call.

Patency.ai

$497 a month at the network rate. Membership included.

  1. Pipeline boardEvery qualified patient tracked from the exam room to the table. Stalls flagged to your staff and your rep the day they happen.
  2. Checklist gateThe prescriber tool won't let a case go to authorization until the payer's requirements are met.
  3. Policy watchChanges update the checklists themselves. Nobody reads a digest; the requirement just changes.
  4. Drop-off scorecardYour patency rate measured from real handoffs, updated continuously, benchmarked against the network.

Reminders, handoffs, and follow-ups run on their own.
Your staff learns no new system. Patients get a text.

The network rate

One price. The same for every practice in every network.

$497/month
$797/month standard$997 setup, waived
  • 12-month term, billed monthly
  • Setup fee waived; white-glove onboarding included
  • Network membership included for as long as you subscribe
  • Unlimited rep seats, authorized by you and revocable at any time
The rate is about the network, not about implants.Your rep can tell you that you qualify. What they can never do is tie the rate, the membership, or the platform to which devices you use or how many. Every practice in any network pays exactly this, and Patency pays reps nothing for enrollments. If anyone tells you otherwise, tell us.
Join the network

Keep your report. Join in two minutes.

Enter your practice and the code from your rep or the conference card. The code makes your first year free; the card on file isn't charged until renewal, and you'll hear from us 30 days before that. Don't have a code? You can still join at $497 a year.

Your audit answers come with you, and your written report is in the portal the moment you're in. If a rep invited you, they stay attached to your practice and can see only the patients you authorize.

After the first yearMembership renews at $497 a year. If you're on Patency.ai by then, it's already included and nothing is charged. Cancel any time before renewal.

Straight answers

What practices ask before they join.

Who is paying for this?

Patency is. Membership is our gift to practices in the network. Your device company doesn't buy it, sponsor it, or decide who gets it.

Does the rate depend on what I implant?

No. Every practice in any network pays the same $497 a month, whatever devices you use and however many. Reps aren't paid for enrollments.

What can my rep see?

Only the patients you authorize them on, at the stage they're at. The rep's access is yours to grant and yours to revoke, and it doesn't change if the rep changes companies.

Is this HIPAA compliant?

Yes. Business associate agreements are in place with Patency and every vendor that touches patient data. Patient messages carry the minimum necessary and link to secure pages.

Do my staff have to learn a new system?

Not for membership; it's a read-only portal. On Patency.ai, the prescriber enters the patient once and the rest runs on reminders and handoffs. Onboarding is done with you, not sent to you.

What happens after the free year?

Membership renews at $497 a year, or it's already included if you're on Patency.ai. You'll get 30 days' notice, and you can cancel before renewal.
